How It’s Going-
So far my research project has been going pretty well even though I haven't really thought about it very much. I think if I wrote it now it would need several drafts till I got it to where it would sound like a great paper. I will probably see if I can get anymore articles so I can have some more resources, but other than all that it seems to be going very smoothly

This article is what I plan to use in my paper a lot because it deals with the fact that sleep inertia, or the energy and tiredness you have after waking up in the morning, has on your daily routine. This will help me because it gives tons of facts about my topic and not only does it give you information about the sleep inertia, but it also gives you information on how different alarm clocks can affect your sleep inertia. The article gives you all these facts about how it’s good and how it’s bad, and how you can solve it by changing your sleeping behavior or simply picking the right alarm clock.
